Acupuncture

Embark on a journey towards enhanced well-being and balanced health through the ancient practice of  traditional acupuncture. At Southwell Wellbeing Centre, our Traditional Five Element  Acupuncturist Hannah Charles Lic Ac MBaC is dedicated to providing a serene and supportive environment where you can experience holistic healing through acupuncture therapy.

What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body. It is based on the concept that vital energy, or "Qi," flows through the body along pathways known as meridians. Traditional Acupuncture aims to restore balance and promote the body, mind and spirit’s natural ability to heal itself by stimulating these specific points.
