You Need To Make Time For You, Here's How to this October!




We all want to be happy and healthy. It's a fact that we all want to feel great, look great and live longer. The problem is that we always have a million reasons why we can't do the things that we need to do.


It's always so hard to find time to do the things that we really want to do. From working out, going to the dentist, or having drinks with your friends... There are always the excuses of "I don't have time" or "I'm too busy". This blog is about finding a way in that busy schedule for you!


I am here to help you find time for yourself in your busy day! I have been in your shoes many times before and know how it feels when someone says "you need to start taking better care of yourself". Your health and wellbeing should be one of your top priorities but how can you do this when you don't even know where to start?


This is where Southwell Wellbeing Centre steps in!



Right, first let's get organised...! Do you have a calendar or a diary to plan your week/month? If not, head out this weekend and get yourself something.


For now, grab some paper and write a list of things that you NEED to do in the next few days/weeks and things you WANT to do! So with in the list of things that you want to do, include 2/3 treatments for yourself.


This could be a massage, therapy session or a facial treatment! Make sure once a month you do at least ONE thing that is solely for YOU!



We spend so much of our life working and focusing on others that we really do forget to spend time on ourselves.


So let's look at your list again... the things you have put down that you WANT to do... you HAVE to get them sorted first! They should be top of the priority list... so book them in today and then you move on to everything else (you can book online here at Southwell Wellbeing Centre) so that should make it even easier!


Let's change your mindset to focusing about everyone else first... to focusing on YOU first!
