What is Belief Coding with Claire Tavernor?

I am super super excited to announce that I am now a FULLY ACCREDITED Belief code Facilitator! ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This is a new and different technique which allows us to change the way that we think and feel about things in life that may be holding us back from living our BEST life! ​​​​​​​​


This modality is a true game changer. It’s powerful and very effective and helps us not only identify our limiting beliefs but actually allows us to overcome them and even better bring in new beliefs of how we would like to feel and be!​​​​​​​

The more I study the mind and different modalities around it, the greater my understanding is that along with the gut it literally does control the majority of what we do, who we are, how we feel and even how this comes out in our body.

I have thought this for a long time but studying all of the modalities & reflecting on my own journey has really given me such clarity on how very powerful this is.

With coaching I realised how important it was to identify ‘limiting beliefs’.

‘Limiting beliefs’ are a state of mind or belief about yourself that restricts you in some way.

These beliefs are often false accusations you make about yourself (i.e not even true) but they can cause a number of negative feelings or ‘beliefs’ which stop you from moving forward.

These ‘limiting beliefs’ can manifest in many ways.

So when coaching I could ‘identify’ a limiting belief and sometimes that is all the client would need to realise and change it.

Other tools would be regular journalling, meditation and use of affirmations which I still 10000% totally love and recommend.

But what coaching and Belief Coding®️ do combined, is really identify and get to the core of the belief, take the charge out of it and even better still you can code in your ‘new beliefs’ how you REALLY WANT TO FEEL!

It is such a powerful, transformational journey!
