If you are struggling with stress, anxiety or feeling connected at this time, or you would just like a bit of rest and relaxation and to feel more present - you might like to know that Southwell Wellbeing Centre is offering free online meditation sessions on Zoom at 8.30 am on Mondays and Wednesdays. We will do a variety of meditations including mindfulness and visualisation. If you haven't used it before, Zoom is very easy to use, I will email you a link to a meeting and if you click on the link it will prompt you to download zoom onto your phone, tablet or laptop which you can do ahead of the sessions.
